How to Create a cool looking Youtube video intro that makes you look like a pro!
We all want to give a professional look to our Youtube videos but most people probably think adding some cool effects to your videos is only for the “big shots”. Well I'm no big shot, but I do like to create helpful Youtube videos and I want them to give an impression that maybe I know what I'm talking about ; )
A cool and easy way to add a level of professionalism to your Youtube videos is to add a Youtube video intro. You've probably seen these many times when you watch someone's video or channel on Youtube. It's usually an animated logo with sound that lasts a few seconds and plays before the main content of the video.
Well the good news is that it doesn't have to be expensive to get a cool Youtube video intro; in fact I only paid $5 for a package of 7 different intros. In my video below, I'll show you a few examples of these and also where to get your own Youtube intros for a measly $5 bucks.
If you'd like to use the same service that I used to create my 7 Youtube video intros, just click on the link below.
So once you have your video intros, how do you put them at the beginning of your videos? Well you'll have to use some kind of editing program that allows you to insert them into your video “timeline”. I use Camtasia studio for editing all my videos, but it's not a cheap piece of software.
I've also started to test and use ScreenCastoMatic which is free to use, but has an excellent Pro service for only $15 per year. So look for new blog posts in the near future where I'll cover how to record using ScreenCastoMatic and also how to insert cool video intros.
